I ALSO DOWNLOADED FROM NET......BUT STILL MY COMPUTER DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO USE THAT.

ok try this link, you have one cable to connect to ipod and pc, then from this itunes transfer to ipod everything, i hope you have manual of this from that you can checkout..
