Ignou-b.com query

I jst want to clarify a doubt! Saw sm b-schools eligibility criteria,which consists of 3 year bachelors degree. So does that mean IGNOU-B.com (a&f) degree would be useless. .?? We cnt aply 4 CAT exam on the basis of this degree? And 4 obtaining membership of foreign countries also one of the criteria is having a 3 year bachelor's degree! So a person having ICAI membership alongwith IGNOU-b.com (a&f) cnt get membership of foreign country CA institutes??
