How to obtain copy of the transfer deed

How do I obtain a certified copy of the transfer deed from Karvy Computer shares, Hyderabad and what are the criminal Sections of the IPC involved in such type of Offences while registering an FIR

Sir,
I have been informed by Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd - U.P. vide their letter to contact you for obtaining a certified copy of the "REVALIDATED TRANSFER DEED" dated 2/2/2005 on the basis of which 2250 shares of my late mother Smt Lata Khatri bearing folio no: MSS004412 have been transferred in the name of my younger brother Deepak Khatri. The copy of the transfer deed is required by the Police Department of Ulhasnagar in a criminal matter against Deepak Khatri where he has alleged to forge the signature of my late mother Smt Lata Khatri to transfer shares in his name. My mother Smt Lata Khatri expired on 21.3.2003 without signing any transfer deed of any shares and since my brother had the custody of the shares of my mother, he forged her signature himself two years after her death and got the shares transferred in his name and for the sake of investigation I am writing you this letter  to kindly forward me through return mail the certified copy of the revalidated transfer deed dated 2/2/2005 pertaining to the above shares on the basis of which the shares were transferred in the name of Deepak Khatri.
