I require a copy of form 23AC filed in 2009 from the site of MCA of a private company can you help me how can i get this

Visit the website of MCA21.
Login using userid and password.
Pay the requisite fee i.e. Rs. 50.
After paying fee you will be able to download the form 23AC, ACA etc.

1. Login to MCA
2. Click on the tab "View Public Documents" appearing on the left on the window.
3. Select the name of the Company.
4. Pay fee of Rs.50
5. You can view 23AC in the category Balance Sheet and E Forms.

As far as i know only 23AC is available for inspection online of a Private Company not 23ACA.
Correct me if i am wrong,,

yes charu is correct. 23ACA of a Pvt. Ltd. Company is not available in case of online inspection.
You have to apply for certified copy of the Document. For that purpose you have to apply for certified copies of the document online. Then go to the respective ROC Office along with the Chalan and and stamp paper of Rs. 20/-. The Document will be sent to you by Post

On MCA website go to "View Public Documents" and make payment of Rs. 50/- for the private company whose form you want and you can download that form.
In case you need certified true copy of form 23AC for some legal issues then only you have to make payment for obtaining certified true copy, otherwise from can be downloaded just by paying Rs. 50/-.

Only 23AC is available on MCA website.. 23ACA is not available.. You can obtain 23ACA only physically by contacting the respective ROC.
