how make inquery of share holding pattern

Suppose its a X company which was listed before 2 years n now its delisted ok ,now

1-it is delisted share

2-promoters share holding 93% on its delisting 

3-how much  present public SH after its buy back i want to know only

4-give an idea that  X company musthave to give me this information."iska koi tod na ho company ko badhya hona padjaye"

5-Tell me this small thing that as i m a sh of  this  X company then wht procedure i should follow to know howmuch shares my X company get in its buyback offer from public.
