Hi Friends
Can any one tell me that how can we hide formulas applied on a cell, with no change in its formatting.

Just copy the particular cell and do paste special only values by selecting in edit on toolbar.

hiding a formula is different than having value in cells

I just want to show values in the cells and hide the formulas and at the same time keep the format of the cells unchanged.

I hope, you are expecting this... if no, tell us clearly what exactly you want.
Do the following:
1. right click the particular cell > Select Fromat Cells > Select Protection Tab
2. Select Hidden Option Button

3. Click OK Button
4. Protect the sheet with Password.
5. Close the workbook and open it again.
6. Check now, the particular cell will not show the Formula...
