Expectation of Parag is a bit pessimistic. I think basic milk products must be wholly exempted, and other high end products like cheese, butter, clarified butter etc. may attract a GST @ 5%.

The implementation of GST will not change its IT taxability criteria. It is not agriculture income.

We got the GST No., we collected raw milk from milk producer at village level, after that we have sent milk to our job worker (GST Registered) based on per liter job work charges. After that they have given us finished goods.
FYI please our raw milk and final finished goods both are under GST NIL/Exempted category. So our job worker will charge service charge @ 18% on job woke amount??.
Please guide us, if possible please share us notification or reference link.
