Please tell me what is the compound interest formula?? (like = Principal+Interest+interest on interest) for 3 year.

OR 

simple agar me 100 rupay 1.20% per month par lagata hun aur interest calculation 6 month se karta hun to kitne mahino me ye 100 rupay dugune (200) ho jayenge....???
