I am starting Web Design Company in Gujrat .(PVT) With One Lack share Capitle.

So what can I fill In form 1A Given below !

1-State the category of proposed company

2-State the sub-category of proposed company

3-Proposed name of the company (Please give 6 names in order of preference

4-State the significance of the key or coined word(s), if any, in the proposed name(s) (in brief

5-Main objects of the proposed company to be included in its MoA (If the objects include banking, stock exchange

6-Whether the proposed name(s) is in consonance with the main objects

HERE GIVE THE NAMES SELECTED BY YOU .IF THE NAME SELECTED BY YOU IS IDENTICAL WITH A COMPANY ALREADY REGISTERED, THEN THEY WILL NOT SANCTION THAT NAME. SO GIVE 6 OPTIONS IN ORDER OF PREFERENCE.

4-State the significance of the key or coined word(s), if any, in the proposed name(s) (in brief

E.G. IF THE NAME IS SITA WEB DESIGNING PRIVATE LIMITED, SAY SITA IS A GODESS NAME HENCE WANT TO HAVE THAT NAME.

5-Main objects of the proposed company to be included in its MoA (If the objects include banking, stock exchange

IN YOUR CASE IT WILL BE WEB DESIGNING.

BANKING, STOCK EXCHANGE INVOLVE LOT OF FORMALITIES VIZ., FOLLOWING NBFC GUIDELINES, SEBI RULES ETC. THE CAPITAL NORMS IS ALSO HUGE. ENGAGE A PRACTISING COMPANY SECRETARY FOR COMPLETING ALL THE FORMALITIES.

6-Whether the proposed name(s) is in consonance with the main objects

I will suggest you, before filing Form 1A to ROC, please read guidelines and steps for incorporation of new company.

Procedural requirement for formation of new company:

1.                  Obtain Digital signature of one of the promoter/director

2.                  Obtain DIN of at least two director

3.                  After obtaining approved DIN file Form  1A with ROC for name availability

4.                  If name is available ROC give name with in 3 days from the date of assigning

5.                  U will print at least two MOA and AOA.

6.                  File Form 1, 18, and 32 with the concerned ROC with the prescribed as given in Schedule X

7.                  File physical document like MOA and AOA for correction and other formalities, if required

8.                  After verification of physical documents of incorporation, ROC generate the Company Identification Number (CIN)  and issue  certificate of Incorporation at the registered address of the company   

Payment of fee for respective form for incorporation of Pvt. Ltd.

1.                  For Form 1A  is fixed of Rs. 500/-

2.                  For Form 1 u should pay as per your Authorised Capital

3.                  Form 18 fee is Rs. 500/-

4.                  Form 32 fee is Rs. 500/-

If you wanted to pay fee first of all your longing should be on MCA portal. Payment of challan will be made in authorised bank as given on MCA Portal.

For finding your company name and CIN/Name, follow the following procedure:

1. Go on www.mca.gov.in
2. Click on MCA 21 on right side of MCA portal
3. Click on other services on left side 
4. For finding name, please click on first option of other service
5. In first option, you have different to find CIN
6. For finding company name, click on option 3 of other services
7. First you click on select option which shows different option to find your company name.
