DEAR EXPERTS,

CAN WE STUFFED  A CONTAINOR IN OUR FACTORY PREMISES ON CT-1 (THIS MATERIAL IS NOT A OUR MANUFACTURING GOODS) IT IS TRADING GOODS.

1. When its trading goods, stuffing always preferred at manufacturer premises.

2. as its trading goods, though there is no bar to avail the facility but it would be done in physical supervision of range officer(s), get in touch with them to execute the same.

range office where the goods are stored and stuffed, will supervise the stuffing and sealing.
