We are in the process of name change our grand mother's property , which is to be divided 3 ways.
The property is of around 7500 sq.ft ( 17.5 cent) .We have decided to make it as settlement document rather going for individual registrations.
I am not well versed with the technical terms( by settlement , i mean we are planning to register a document which says this part will be owned by party 1 and the next part by party 2 ,.... )
I would like to know , what would be the paper expenses as per the latest rate ?
what are the ways we could avoid expenses and please suggest the best way to do this.
