Excise invoice intimation for coputerised invoice

          For system generated computerised Excise Invoice ,

 1st)  Is online(ACES) intimation is required to the  range superintendent for introducing  excise invoce serial no time to time  before making it use ?

As per excise manual now-a-days there is no provision to intimate . spl, for system generated computerised Excise Invoice.

2nd)   Is every book is required to make it bindings by giving prior intimation to range ?

What is the rule behind this, pl
