Examination form query

Hello everybody,

I have a small query . I have filled the exam form for May 12 exams (final) and i wanted to clarify that does the form require a seal from the CA(Member) signing my form or just the signature with the membership no. The form says signature of the Principal / Member with membership no. Please clarify the doubt.
