Sir, One of my client has fail to file the CLB order in time (there is delay of around five month). ROC office not approving form21 and asking for re-validating of CLB order. Please guide me urgently what will be the procedure to re-validate the CLB order. Will CLB extend the time limit. Will I have to file old petition or a fresh petition. Please guide me urgently. Thanks
