Dear All,
Kindly be hereby informed that the post on this site on 01/07/2008 on topic ( Action against dummy Article) was copied as it was in the site to word file and had been sent to CA Ved Jain of the Institute as email attachment.
He promised to take action against it. Thanks CACLUB and dear frens and seniors.
Secondly our group is planning to give the name of the following renowned faculty at Metro City Delhi who are knowingly running their classes at office hours.
1. Praveen Sharma
2. Ajay Jain
3. Deepak Gupta
4. Vinod Gupta
5.Sanjay Aggarwal
The few of the respected faculties in delhi openly talk in the class about the dummy articleship and deliberately runs the classes at office hours.
We request you all to suggest the course of action to be taken. Pls post the views.We are noting down every thing for the action.

hi friends
i am with you for fighting against these faculty . They are cheating with us
they also provide dummy seats to their students .i think institute shoul take action on this matter immediately .

CA's providing dummy articleships are in every city of INDIA. Some even charge a certain sum of money annually to provide this facility. What a SHAME??!! This makes other students who are seriously pursuing articleship feel cheated. Now its high time that ICAI should take strict actions against them

That is only one step among one million. ICAI does not care about articles: i am not a dummy and have found that non-dummy articles are made to work for more than 11 to 5 period. ICAI just makes rules but wears bangles while implementing them.
ICAI consists of maximum of practising CAs for whom articles are a means of saving money: they do the work for Rs 1000(upto 1500) for which salaried person takes upto 10000. So that is why articleship period is never decreased to suit the students(CS has only 1.5 yrs of articleship and that too after CS inter).
ICAI are only bigmouthed like netas while talking on dummies; only show the rosy side; but don't have the guts to do anything. ICAI will find many of its own members caught in the scam if they do so sincerely. Finding dummies and punishing them and singling out "full, sincere, rule abiding" ca students is like separating sand from soil in the Thar desert.
