hello Ayush,

You mentioned that form 3 & 4 are to be filed within 30 days after incorporation. But, we file consents of partners in Form 2 only along with incorporation documents. So, do we need to file consents again?

Dear Bhakti,

Form no. 4 is no longer required to be filed on incorporation of LLP and ony form no. 3 needs to be filed now.

Input the DIN number in the LLP forms. The same would prefill though the same is mentioned as DPIN. You need to apply for DIN only and not DPIN

Hi,

We want to form a LLP with two designated Partners, but We will add Partner on regular basis in the firm and take money from them as there contribution,
My Two Questions are:

1. Do I need to revise LLP Agreement each & every Time.

2. Do I need to take signature of Every Partner at the time of Revision of LLP Agreement and file the same with ROC.

Please give light on below points ASAP

Regards

Ankur
