I have some shortterm capital gains from Debt and Money Market Mutual Funds. Can I set off this against
1. Previous Years STCG
2. previous Years LTCG
3. This Year STCG on Shares/Equity Funds
4. This years LTCG on Shares/Equity Funds
5. This years LTCG (after indexation) on debt mutual funds
Can you please suggest the order of settng off as well, if applicable.
STC loss can be set off against STCG and LTCG. Further STCG cannot be set off against STCG.
