Why we not treat Employee Provident Fund Same As Workmen Compensation Fund........??

In Partner Capital A/c We take Workmen Compensation Fund in Old Ratio

But Employee Provident Fund not taken in Partner Capital A/c......................Why........................??

Please Clear my Doubt..............!!

epf is like a future liability. Compensation reserve is made at the will of mgt.
