what is the provision of articleship if a person had completed graduation with more than 55% and wants to register for IPCC ?

For full details you have to wait up to 16th August.....because rules regarding this matter will announce on 16th..

what , if one already registed with ipce , failed in g1 . Can he start articleship ?
