Need expert advice and help on tds refund issues

TDS refunds ...........................

for individuals and HUF, its capital receipt, and only the interest is taxable, as they dont claim expense under their computation for incometax, 

for others such receipt is revenue, ( where the incometax is claimed as expense), hence it would be added back in income in the year of receipt.
