The growth in every fraternity is a welcome step. So we welcome every member entering to this noble profession. We welcome all of them with open arms and we assure all the best for them .We must honor our profession’s tradition of openness and continue to welcome new members.

Every organisation works hard to achieve the ultimate in performance – the “hockey stick curve.” Or you can say that exponential curve because the growth is constant over periods of time and likely to grow because of crowded input over ten lack students. Does the number of Chartered Accountants is outpacing the market's need for us .Does the exponential curve have some worrying implications? Are we heading towards an unemployment regime? Where will we land after this mass membership offers? Are coaching helpful to students to clear our toughest exams? Have these coaching operators cracked our codes?

As far as employment of Chartered Accountants is concerned, we should not be worried because option to opt for practice is much better option for a professional. Our main job is to audit. We are the masters of Audit so we can simply fill the surplus with the audit entities. So the solution to this lies in increasing of professional opportunities. But where are the professional opportunities. Why we are not working over that? Why we are not lobbying for that? We have with us VISION 2020/2030 and a nicely printed costliest quick vision 2012, but are we really addressing our problems? Where is the vision of our leaders who have opened up the door with the CPT concept? Where is the vision of our leaders who have opened up the door for ten lacs students with a 30% growth per year? Are we going to make any justice with the newer students who are just entering the profession of excellence?
