Test of design

Hi All,

Please guide that in SOX compliance we test the  controls with test of design and test of effectiveness, but does the Test of Design has to be perfomed every year, even if there is no change in controls?

Please suggest what documentation  have to be  maintained for SOX compliance?

Will really be grateful if any of the learned member could suggest any website or Book on the matter.
