Can any one tell me that what is the exact criteria to get exemption from 15 months training for CS.

Yes Aditya you will get exemption from training of full 15 months if you have post qualification experince of workimg as assistant company secretaries or any post higher thereof in a company having paid up capital /reserve of Rs 25 lakhs then you can claim exemption
