How to change pan jurisdiction

From last 10 years i m residing in Delhi, but my income tax file is at West bengal.

For A.y 12-13 i want to file my return through my  delhi address altough i submit my return electronically. please tel me the procedure how to shift my incoem tax file from west bengal to delhi..more over is there any time limit for the same

but no problem with old jurisdiction, you can change address by correction form

for your return you can efile your return and if you have not changed your jurisdiction by correction form then you can also write your write ward (Delhi) in your ITR, there is no problem by writing your delhi ward in efiling return instead of west bengal
