So Dear Shibu,

If the person as per ur doubt satisfies the criteria of the required credit hours per semister or credit hours per week, then he might be eligible to deduct the tution fees irrespective of the time-table of the classes ...

Dear Subramanya, 

No deduction u/s 80C is available if the tuition fee is for self.

Only fees paid for any two children qualifies for 80C. 

 

So he wont get deduction for tuition fees paid.

i agree with u modulas ....(sorry if its not ur name)....

the word person in the above sentence refers to the children u r mentioning...

i have posted it in general sense that the reader has the knowledge about the pre-conditions for 80-C deduction...
