previous year your company exceed turnover 15 lacs & next year your company receive 15 lacs entire amont is liable for s.tax.

he can avail exemption of 10 lacs each year, provided he does not avail input credit.

Registration does not mean payment of service tax. A registered service provider can avil the exemption upto 10 lakhs provided he is providing unbranded services and his previous years taxable services does not exceed 10 lakhs.
In case of ST paid in an instance the same maybe returned to the clients/ cusotmer. Alternatively the same can be paid under section 73A.

in financial year total invoice amount Rs.9,00,000/- and previous year Rs.12,00,000/-
and next previous year total invoice amount Rs. 8,00,000
