Delay in filing form 17 and clb approval is required now

Dear Friends,

I have submitted form 17 (Satisfaction of charge) to MCA but on fee challan it is mentioned that "Form17 is filed by the delay of 4 Days . Hence, you are requested to approach the Company Law Board for condonation of delay and take further necessary steps".

I have talked to MCA authorities and according to them i will have to take file a petition to CLB for condonation of dealy.

Request you to kindly advise me the procedure to file said petition with documents required.
