Deduction u/sec 80g

One of my Client made donations to Old age home and two temples through online, credit card respectively. But he didn't have any proof except the online and credit card statements. Now the query is whether he can get the deduction u/sec 80G ??

I think credit card statement is  not  enough to claim deduction u/s 80g. receipts of donatios is also required.

whether PAN numbers of donee suffice to claim deduction through online filing ??
