Hi I need urgent info for a friend writing CS Executive this December:
1. Applicability of LLP Act - in syllabus? Any material available?
2. Applicability of SEBI ICDR - or DIP only?
3. Indirect Taxes - the ICSI website says that Finance Act 2010 is applicable; but same place it is stated that for Direct tax, it is the provisions of Finance act 2009
4. Whether the change in Securities contracts regulation act - of Public shareholding 25% is applicable? Actually, is there a notification or section reference?
5. Whether references in "companies act" should be to NCLAT or CLB?
6. Any other changes from the module available for June 2010 examination?
