my daughter after 7 years of lucrative career in animation left the job wef aug 2011.Filed itrs up to a/y 2012-13, then stopped filing itrs from a/y 2013-14 onwards.but she spent >200000 during fy 2012-13 and 2013-14 for immigration and other expenses to join her american husband. Now she got a letter from it dept for a response to her spendings Is it suffice to state that she spent out of her post tax savings of previous years? Need to provide any documents? Since 2 years she has settled in US with her husband and not working any more
