Hi Friends,


Yesterday Supreme Court held that CA, CWA and CS students have the right to inspect answersheets of all exams.... under RTI Act...

Can anyone tell me the procedure and from when this is applicable. Can i acquire my answersheets right from November 2008 exams.

old wine in new bottle, its ICAI who'll framr and announce d proocedure and ICAI will never do the same ;(

Since its supreme court s descion, ICAI will have to. I am expecting an announcement in this regard within 10-15 days

ICAI koSupreme court k aage to jhukna hi padega. Har jagah apni taang nahi ada sakta.
