there is no such notification by icai regarding the reduction in training period still it is 3&1/2 years............

i think IPCC student can giv exam but it is not allowed to PCC student...

No you have to give your finals in pcc only after ur article training is done.

In PE 2 and IPCC you can give it six months earlier from your tenure of completion of articles

                  The same issue was addressed to TN Manoharan sir during a seminar..And his reply was there has been no such notifications by the institute as far as he knows and he says be positive and prepare for 6 months in advance. So if such a notification comes in future u can benefit.. And if it doesnt too u get the advantage..

No such notification for PCC students , its only for IPCC students. But it can come

No such circulars came out. Only after completion of your articleship you can sit for the said exam

a pcc student can give exam in last six months of articleship if he/she has converted to IPCC...
