I have a query regarding the 0.25% Provision Agaisnt Standard Assets, that is created for a NBFC company.
- On what basis is this amount calculated, i.e. what all items are included.
- What is the treatment of the Provision once it is created, i.e. where is it shown (as per the Revised Schedule VI), in the Profit/Loss Statement and Balance Sheet.
- Is this provision created every year, or is it supposed to be maintained at 0.25% of the outstanding amounts.
