Company A is situated in Gurgaon. It wants to shift its office from Gurgoan to Chandigarh. Does this amount to Change of registered office from one state to another as per Sec 17 of Companies Act?

DELHI & HARYANA
PUNJAB, CHANDIGARH & HIMACHAL PRADESH
 

Currently the above regions have different registrars having juristriction.
