Approximate Cost:
CPA Course Review : $1,000
Evaluation of Academic Qualification : $100 - $200
CPA Examination Fees : $1,000
Return Air Fare to USA : $1,200
Food & Lodging for CPA Exam (15 days) : $1,000
You should budget around $4,500 for CPA. According to me CPA is better than MBA from a B grade Business School in India. This is a great investment for future. After completion of CPA the salary in India is around Rs.5 lakhs - Rs.15 lakhs depending on the experience. In the USA it is $45,000 - $75,000 depending on the experience. Indians are very successful in accounting field in the USA.
