How to cope with MAFA paper.Actually I have not done coaching.Please suggest how to clear this paper.I am doing job.I dont have much time to practise.This paper is big hindrance for me to clear this last group.

Don t worry ! Take it serious and start practising as many sums as possible. Do not ignore any topics assuming it is difficult or boring... (be it derivatives or bond valuation or some other topic )

If you notice the level of difficulty of MAFA paper since June 2009.... (where i scored 69 marks)

MAFA seems to be a cake walk for all students its no more a difficult subject  

perhaps Costing and accounts seems to be tuff nowadays...

So just relax and study..

MAFA is easiest paper i think... coz the standard of question paper in not very high...

I suggest u to go wid Compilation issue by ICAI coz around 50marks will be covered just by compiler..

for further, u can go wid Paduka's.....

Many people says MAFA is easy but I dont know why this subject looks difficult to me mainly foreign exchange,derivatives,bond valuations etc.dont know why not I am able to retain it in mind even after doing hard work in this subject.

FOREX - u'll get same question of compilation... just solve that 2-3 times..

Derivatives - make ur theory strong in this topic... plus solve question of compiler & study mat...

Bond V aluation & Mutual Fund - Most easy yaar... just solve 1-2 questions daily... atleast solve all da questions of compiler 1st...

but this time mafa was actually the devil
