Good you have all the required books in hand..!! Since you have 120 days....keepng aside 30 days for revision, you have 90 days to complete your portion..If you give each subject 10 days each, you can easily complete your portion in 80 days..! 10 days buffer.

FR : 2 days for Holding Subsidiary, 4 days for small topics, 4 days for Accounting Standards..

SFM : This might take up some time since you havnt taken coaching. So try to understand the concepts nicely and concentrate well. You will succeed for sure. 2 days each for forex and derivatives, rest small topics can be completed in 6 days.

Audit : Nothing special, Can be easily completed in 10 days. Start with bigger topics, esp prof. ethics which are asked in exams for sure ( 8 mks).

Law : Can be completed easily. Start with directers, easiest and lengthiest, dont miss out on any of the allied laws.

AMA : OR will take some tym , but once you understand the steps its mechanical, so give 5 days to OR, Marginal Costing will take up quite some tym in Costing, Spend 2-3 days...the rest are small topics. If unable to complete in 10 days take 3 days ou tof the buffer of 10 days and complete.

ISCA : Very scoring, can be easily complted in 7 days, keep on revising this subject.

DT : Will consume some tym but once your done with it, it become easier to revise. 10 days are more than enugh.

IDT : Complete Excise and ST first. IDT is very scoring so do the sums well.

Dont forget to refer to Practise manuals. They help a lot in revision before the exams.

I purchased  these books recently  ( pls help me how to study n complete all)

FR  -  MP Vijay kumar + for AS Ds Rawat (BEST COMBINATION)

SFM  -  AN Sridhar + Reliance Compiler (I WILL PREFER SD BALA FOR THEORY AND JB GUPTA FOR PRACTICE I DONOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT A N SRIDHAR)

AUdit   - Surabhi Bansal ( same reffered in PCC) + for SA`s DS Rawat (NOT BAD BUT PLEASE HAVE A LOOK AT PADUKA BESIDES SURBHI BANSAL)

LAW  - Munish Bhandari (BEST)

AMA -   Padhuka + Reliance compiler (GOOD BUT MAY CAUSE PROBLEM IN UNDERSTANDING AT MANY POINT SO I SUGGEST TO HAVE SAXENA AND VASHIST

ISCA -  Munish M velecha ( NOT SUFFICIENT PLEASE ALSO REFER PRACTICE MANUAL)

DT - TN manoharan ( same reffered in PCC) + supplementary (I DONOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT IT BUT I WILL PREFER VG SIR'S MODULE)

Dear Students,

In today's world you have many choices for Authors,TEachers and Institute resources. As a Teacher - my recommendation woudl be to settle on Materials as base referencer for theory along with Other institute recommended books for Problems along with Conceptual learning ( be it through coaching or self study). Its important to be clear on your monthly goals for next 90 days ( 3 months) and have a systematic approach to study. Good that you are able to check through for opinions in this forum.once you have made decision please go with in and dont look back. The key is to stay focussed, Practice test which will help you time management..as most of students struggle in Fin reporting /Cost management on time management -- so practice in those areas. Recall on daily basis Law/DT/IDT and cover it by Chapters - Charging sections - Procedures - Application - REference to Recent judgements-Notifications.

Good luck in your preparation. YOu can also follow through my post in this forum and write to me for any support at tejas @ tejas.co.in

Regards,

Satish.
