Ca final may 2012- eligibility

Hello All,

I have terminated my articleship on 31 oct 2011 and i have a excess leave of 9month. Which i want to serve a industrial trainee.

As on date i have completed my PCC(Nov 2011) and have 9month of articleship pending. 



Can i appear for May 2012 CA FINAL examination....



I have also heard that we can give ca final exam if we are in last 6month of articleship....
