Hi

Can anybody provide me the format for computing the bonus payable as per the Payment of Bonus Act.   Further, what is the bonus payable if allocable surplus exceeds the amount of minimum bonus payable? Is it more than 8.33% but less than or equal to 20%   OR it is 20%?. Please clarify.
