As per the provisions of section 32 of the Payment of Bonus Act 1965,An employee employed through contractors on Building Operation is not entitled to Bonus.,
But as per the provisions of Payment of Payment of bonus (ammendent act)2007,an employee employed through contracts on Building operations is ENTITLED to bonus.,
