i recently heard that again auditing standards number  r changed which r applicable for nov 2010 exams ..... is this true

No, For Nov 2010 Examination ONLY SQC1 Is further  added , and other Standards on Auditing remains same as these was applicable for May 2010 Examination

You can also check this from student journal august 2010 Edition in Last pages
