Articleship query

You have to ignore those 5 Day's that's it, Because as you mentioned you have cancelled the article ship with that former CA

and Registerd as a new with later.

The 5 days will be considered as sleeping period of articleship. Thus such 5 days neither consider as leave as well as in articleship.

You have to serve for 3 years. If you took transfer with your principal then the balance period would be served with the next principal.

In your ex., the articleship would end 5 days later than it would under the first principal.

HAI EVERY ONE, MY NAME IS BHARATHI HAVE SOME DOUBTS REGARDING MY ARTICLESHIP COMPLETION  i.e MY 31/2 Yrs ARICLES ACTUALLY COMPLETED ON 14/04/2011. I AM NOT ATTENDING THE ARTICLES FOR ABOUT 7 MONTHS DUE TO I MET WITH AN ACCIDENT AND I NEED TO TAKE BED REST FOR THAT. SO I DONE  ARTICLES FROM 15/04/2011 TO 27/01/2012 FOR EXCESS LEAVE . MY SIR PUT 342 DAYS LEAVE ON FORM 108 AND I SENT FORM 108 ALONG WITH FORM 107 FOR SUPPLEMNTARY ARTICLES ON 20/08/2012 DUE TO MY HEALTH PROBLEM. I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THE ICAI ON 26/11/2012 STATING THAT TERMINATION OF ARTICLED SERVICE STATING THAT THEY RECORDED 187 DAYS EXCESS LEAVE IN THEIR RECORDS UPTO 14/04/2011 AND FORM 107 IS SENT BEYOND 60DAYS AND HENCE THEY REQUIRED TO SEND  FORM 107 IN STAMP PAPER, WORK DAIRY,ATTENDENCE REGISTER, STIPEND IF PAID AND ALSO REQUIRED CONDONATION REQUEST AND FEES FOR DEALAYED SUBMISSION OF FORM 107 AND 108 FOR EXCESS LEAVE. SO CAN U PLEASE TEL ME IS THIS CREATES ANY PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE . FOR WHICH PERIOD I NEED TO SEND THE WORK DAIRY AND ALL  I MEAN 31/2 YRS OR FRM 15/04/2011 TO 27/01/2012  AND TEL ME THE FORMAT ALSO . HOW CAN I WRITE THE CONDONATION REQUEST IN MY SITUATION AND FEE .
