articleship leave help...

friends i have completed my 3.6 yrs trning on june 18th 2010.i have taken excess 44 days leave.
i have filled form 107 on 28th june.i m commencing my excess period from this date under the same employer.
i m snding both form 107 and 108 now.
is the procedure correct or wil i face any problem due to breakage in articleship ie 10 days(18 to 28th).
also plz help me regrding filling of weeks in form 108.how it should be done in terms of weeks including leave or not.
