i have got one client (trust). i have to get it registered under section 12AA & 80G.

i have downloaded form 10A & 10G for the same.

i made an enquiry in the income tax department and inspector said that we can apply for registration under section 12AA & 80G simultaneously. But in form 80G it is mentioned that it should be accompanied by - Copy of registration granted under section 12A or copy of notification issued under section 10(23) or section 10(23C)

1. plz. let me know whether we can apply for registration u/s. 80G & 12AA simultaneoulsy or not and

2. if anyone have completely filled above forms then please mail it to my email id. it will be of great help to me.

You have correctly read the provisions. For obtaining recognition under section 80G, registration under section 12AA is a pre-requisite. Therefore, there is a possibility that your application for 80G may be turned down even if the registration is granted under 12AA.

You may have to apply afresh onceagain, for obtaining 80G.
