I am trying to find out if there is any relaxation provided to the transfer pricing companies in holding Annual General Meeting till the month of November. The last date should ideally be 30th September, 2011 (The Finance Act' 2011 allows such companies to file their return upto 30th November, 2011).

Transfer pricing Companies u/s 139 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 by the Finance Act, 2011 are allowed to file their return till 30th november, 2011. Could the respected members of the forum enlighten as to why this exemption/relaxation has been allowed.

This can help me in understanding if there is any circular/notification/exemption given by MCA too, in holding AGM beyond 30th September, 2011 or till 30th november, 2011. My research shows there is no such notification from any of the authorities.

Please enlighten.
