Hello, I have one querry.
If someone`s original ST-1 is misplaced and he wants to get a new certificate of Registration,then he has to do The Affidevit on 100Rs. Stamp Paper.
But i dont have the same formate.If any one can Help me,then it would be a great honour.

I think you can ST 1 Form & ST2 if you have Service Tax Login Id & Password.
