There is an employee who has changed his job from one state to another. There was PF bal in State Employees PF A/c of previous employer. Due to some reason it was not transferred to current employer & hence current employer created a new A/c Can PF Balance from that account be withdrawn? If Yes, What will be tax implication in the hand of that employee?
