Dear Sir I have received a service bill dated 1.7.2015 but the service is to be received on future date now i want to know the when the expenses is tobe booked in our book on invoice date or when service isto be provided as i read the provision that expenses is booked when the expenses is incurred.according to me expense is incurred when the service is provided. pls reply.
