20 May 2016 Qualified in Nov 09 joined a firm worked there for a year then switch over to a small industry having turnover around 150-200 crores working still here. 5 years spent in the organisation but not much exposure......as bal sheets are signed as it is...no provisions are applied.
Want to switch over but todays market condition is not good so have a fear in mind what would be if i would sit ideal at home without job. Funds are also necessary for life so in a dilemma what to do?????

20 May 2016 bird in hand is better than bush. Unless you have some job offer in hand, you need not think of shifting. What you can do is start giving interview in different different companies, through good head hunters

23 May 2016 Mr. Amol one would be an expert in a particular field if he/she would get an opportunity to do practical things. In my present organisation no much work is here. But still i tried my best to keep myself updated of amedments if any like ind as, taxation, budget, companies act, schedule III and schedule II.
Further in our organisation schedule III even is not followed and surprisingly balance sheets are signed as it is by renowned CA firm.

23 May 2016 Then you try to find out the reason why the renowned firm is signing such a balance sheet which according to you is not appropriate. Try to lead from front. Sorry to say this and please dont get offended but from your query it looks as if you are always on back foot. Any specific reason for being on back foot?

23 May 2016 Sorry sir.....by just reading a query you can not ascertain someone's professional behaviour....balance sheets are signed as it is because our owner is not interested in work and penalty if any...he dont bother to pay....
Highlights of mistakes in financial statements i have noticed:-
1. Refund from income tax shown as Revenue from operation.
2. Schedule II is not followed properly moreover some assets having negative value are written as it is.
3. Under trade payable head, Salary payable, PF payable are also included.
4. At the time of conversion of a partnership firm into company a company is formed which took over the firm.....this situation was termed as contingent and hence contingent liability is shown in financials......
These are just synopsis apart from it there are various deficiencies which i have noticed but couldn't do something because CA firm signs as it is inspite of my various efforts which i tried to incorporate

23 May 2016 That is ok. Have you tried for an interview with MNC?

23 May 2016 yes...they said will get back to you.

24 May 2016 "please try to understand the meaning of this sentence..........it is the polite way of saying NO to the candidate."
we will let you know means you are rejected.
Now try to jot down the interview you appeared for and try make your own SWOT analysis, to find out what exactly must have went wrong. This way you can prepare yourself in such a way that you will pose yourself into a commanding position throughout the interview. Dont forget you are a CA. People are looking at you as an EXPERT.
All the best
