My 1st year of articleshp is getn completed on 16th august,2012. My 109 form is signed and ryt nw no firm is ready to take me.so is it compulsory to get registered before 16 or is it fine if I get registerd after 16th??plz rply asap

you can register even after 16th august. There will not be any issue.

You can but you need to get signed by CA on Back Date
